Great news, neighbors! The painting of our amenity rooms has been completed, and the
clubhouse is open for full use again. We’d love for you to come by, check out the refreshed space,
and enjoy the brighter, more beautiful atmosphere. Thank you for your patience while we worked to keep

To avoid any delays in responding to critical coyote incidents—especially serious incidents involving an attack on a pet or person—please report them immediately and directly to the City’s Emergency Management Wildlife division. The primary point of contact is Hector Palomares athpalomares@cityofwhittier.org. Residents are welcome to copy management in those emails for visibility.

Dear Groves Residents,

We kindly remind all pet owners to be responsible and considerate by picking up after your pets. Not only does this help keep our community clean and enjoyable for everyone, but it also ensures we comply with HOA rules.

Please remember to:
✔ Carry waste bags when walking your pet.
✔ Dispose of waste properly in designated trash bins.
✔ Be mindful of common areas and neighbors’ properties.
